What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you submit an email via our Enquiry Forms, we need to know your name and email address in order to reply to you. We also ask for your company name and company address so that we may enhance our service to you, although this information is not essential.
How does HairAloud protect information?
When you leave your details with us we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us.
What about 'cookies'?
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features on our website.
Will HairAloud disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
HairAloud does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

HairAloud Returns Policy
Due to hygiene issues, return of wigs are only accepted under the following strict conditions. Any wig that is returned to us, which does not meet our guidelines for returnable items, will be returned back to you at your expense. Please read our return policy before sending back any wig.
- All original tags must be intact on the wig.
- The wig may not have been brushed, combed, cut, or worn. Brushing and combing a wig changes the texture of the fibres and is easily detectable by our returns department. Please keep this in mind when you are inspecting your wig.
- All original packaging must be included with the wig. Packaging and wig must arrive back to us intact, exactly as received.
- We cannot issue merchandise credits for wigs that arrive back to us with an unpleasant odour, such as cigarette, cigar smoke or perfume.
- You must notify us of your intent to exchange your wig WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt. Returned items must reach us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt.
- No refunds on shipping.
- Please email us. State your name, why you are requesting a return, and what you would like to exchange it for.

We strongly recommend that you insure the package to protect yourself or send it Recorded Delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in the mail, we cannot issue any merchandise credits.
ONE WIG EXCHANGE ALLOWED PER ORDER. Unfortunately, we have had customers who just can't decide which colour or style they want. As much as we would like to, we can't accept multiple returns due to the high administrative costs involved, and the very low prices we offer on our wigs. We will be happy to consult with you and help you in your wig selection. We recognize that we can't always get it right the first time, but we have to limit the number of returns in order to keep our prices low.
Any wigs that do not meet the above guidelines will be returned back to you at your expensive.
